Yes, assuming that you are qualifying for ILR by completing the required residency period on 22/06/2012
Information and/or advice provided by me is of general nature and is not intended to substitute for informed professional legal or other professional advice.

i think moderators need to put a sticky in for ILR calculation based on 5 years as there seems to be lot of confusion about it.

The application guidance for all ILR categories clearly states that applications can be made 28 days before the completion of the qualifying residence period. There is no need for a thread to debate to confirm or deny this.

Please do not send us your application more than 28 days before the end of your 2-year qualifying period. If you do, we may refuse your application and we will not refund the fee. However, you must apply before your current permission to remain in the UK ends

PEO appointment slots are released 6 weeks ahead. The date you're looking for in June isn't likely to show on the system yet.

I applied as my wife's dependant on the 16th April for ILR. The CW put our applications on hold as I had not completed the 2 year period and said that the 28 day rule would not apply to dependants. It only applies for the main applicant. I entered the UK on the 5th May 2010 and they said they would consider our application only after the 5th May this year.
