Established presence for Dependant

Dear All,

I am currently on a Tier 1 PSW while my wife and child are my dependants here in the UK. She has lived here in the UK for over 1 year and is now considering studying for her Masters degree.

I would like to know if she would be regarded an a student with Established presence when making her student visa application.
