PhD school fees

Post by muyenzo » Thu Apr 19, 2012 9:27 am

Dear All,

I am currently considering switching from a Tier 1 PSW to Tier 4 student visa in order to study for a PhD program.

The PhD program is for 3-4 years and i intend to fund it myself (no sponsor), each year is about 11500 pounds.

Am i required to have the fees for 1 year in my account as evidence for my visa application or i am expected to show the funds in my account for the entire duration of the program (3-4 years)?

Thanks

Please keep your questions to one thread. You have four on the go on. Please also read the tier 4 policy guidance and the PBS dependent policy guidance where you will find answers to all of your questions.
