Tier-1 dependent visa. Please help

Post by lezzfrancis » Thu Apr 19, 2012 10:09 am

Hi,

I will be applying for my wife's dependent visa in the end of May, howevere I'll be travelling to India for my wedding in the end of April.

One of the documents mentioned is 3-months bank statement showing required funds. As I will be travelling in April, I wont have the original statement for May. I will only be able to submit statements from and before April. Would this be a problem?

The required documents are 3 months bank statement and my visa proof. But I can see a lot of people have submitted their employment status etc. Should I be submitting any other documents.

Your help will be greatly appreciated,

Many thanks,

Leslie Francis

the date of the closing balance on the most recent statement must be no earlier than 31 days before the date of application.

Your stated list of required documents seems to be lacking any evidence of your marriage. You are not obliged to be employed so you don't have to submit any evidence of such.

Yes. My apologies. However do you know whether it will be a problem if the most recent month's bank statement is not there?

I´ve already cited the conditions for the bank statement; did you not understand them? Read what I have stated or read Appendix E of the immigration rules.
