Dependent visa of wife

Dependent visa of wife

hi,i just want to know about my wife visa on the behalf of my dependent,i just want to know about maintenance fund out of uk,i know it's £1600 for wife and £800 for me,it could be possible that she made a bank statement in home country,total funds is £2400 on the rate of ponud which is given by home office and home much time funds in bank i thing 3 months? take care

Are you applying with your wife or do you have your leave? If you are not applying yourself then you only need maintenance for your wife.

Whatever the situation, you can maintain her as your dependant, but she can't maintain you as a PBS migrant. If the accounts are in joint names then this condition won't matter.

Hi , iam in UK for more than 12months and iam waiting for my psw visa which i applied in march.. i want to maintain funds for my wife and child who are in india , is it 533 per dependent or 1600 per dependent , i am really confused , i am in uk for more than 12 months so i think its 533 per dependent but at the same time my family will apply for dependent visa in india so am bit confused .. please let me know if its 533 or 1600 per dependent....

Hi

i think it is 533. since you are been here more than 12 months and already on PSW it is 533. i'm going to apply outside uk for my wife very soon my lawyer advice me to maintain 533 pounds more than 90 days. correct me if i was wrong

Thank you for the link ... from what i understood from the link is that i need to maintain 533 per each dependent as i am in uk for more than 12months , iam maintaining 600 pounds as my wife and child will be applying dependent visa in india after 12th june.... i hope i rightly interpreted the matter in the link which u posted... so its 600 per dependent ( though dependent visa application will be made outside uk as iam in uk for more than 12months ), and i can show funds in my UK bank account and send the statement to my wife to apply for dependent visa...

Please confirm me ..
