Stamp 4eu fam,wife cheat n pregnant

Hi,im new here. I hav a is non eu pakistani ,n hav stamp 4eufam,
He married in 2007 jan,under eu treaty metock case,with eu.
The wife always like freedom n partying,she said she will quit bt didnt.after They had dispute all the time,then she got pregnant from another man baby,n went to her country in 2009 march,n he found out nt his baby,bt she put his name as father on birth cert. Will he get his renewal,which form he should use.eu 1 or 3.will he need to apply divorce,as his stamp4eufam enf in aug 2012.

Went to brophy,bt they cannt deal with his case a charge of 100 eu and said to apply for eu 1.n wasnt friendly either.but he had like utility bills on the both name since 2007 till now,bt he has all his p60,letter from rent agency.n he has bank statement sufficient.but the wife nt working,she left job after wedding.he is scared of nt getting a renewal, because wife got baby nt his.badly need help
