tier 1 extension better by mail or premium service?

Post by szavelin » Fri Apr 20, 2012 9:06 pm

1. It really doesn't matter to me, I am in no rush. Can I file extension application by mail? do I need to include my passport with it?

2. For a premium service, out of the locations listed, which one is the nearest to London??

Many thanks all

Croydon is the London Based PEO. You cannot do biometrics first if you are applying by post...And if you decide to do it in PEO biometrics is done on the same Day.

There are no appointments prior to the 5th. I don't mind sending it in by mail.

I understand that I don't need an attorney in general, but I don't have a mailing address in the UK, I don't know if it's true that my Tier 1 visa gets invalidated once I had entered on a tourist stamp, etc. Since I don't have the answers to these I might have to get a lawyer.
