Hello,
I am due to apply for ILR next week. I am on a Tier 1 (General Migrant Visa) having switched from HSMP Visa. Initially I applied for HSMP but later on applied for my extension in Tier 1 General Migrant Category.
I was looking at the ILR Form SET O and Section 11 L of the document says that '' If you are applying for ILR on completing 5 years continuous stay in the UK made up of leave as a Tier 1 General and leave as a highly skilled migrant, in addition to the documents in 11 A you must provide the following documents
Evidence specified in section 9A of this form.
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 ( General Migrant ) , documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules '"
Does that mean, I need to submit all the documents which I used to apply for earlier applications like HSMP ,Tier 1 Visa extension etc ?
Would request if anyone could reply at the earliest and let me know the meaning of the statement highlighted in bold ?
Thanks,
