tier 2 extension

hi i got tier2 extension in Aprl 2013 , could some one please tell me that company needs to renew the license again , extending through the same employer ,i dont know my company renewed it or not , i need to inform them they sponsred me in 2011 again they want to sponsor me,

please tell me what to do again.
