Uk help for an work permit

Hi i am from romania 30 years old and i live legaly in greece for the last 13 years so i want to move in other country like UK or germany what should i know before go there.Here in greece the life has become hard for me!I need some help on how to get worker card in uk or in germany.
If some one can help me with any kind of tips just mail me here or at kostel0s1@gmail.com
Should i go there first and try to get an employer so he can apply for letter of approval or it would be hard to find someting like that then if i can find this i can apply for a worker card at uk border agency.
It is what i found on the internet.

Are you not eligible for greek citizenship yet?

It is quite difficult for a Romanian national to start work immediately without a work permit. However if you enter as a Student, you will be able to work 20hours during term time, if that is what you want, of course. You can set up a business as you are free to do so also.

Look im 13 years here in greece i had work permit from 1999 and didnt had any problem with autority here.Since my paper expire june month i want to leave greece and go to uk to find someone to help me to get a work permit there.
And no here in greece to be able to get greek citizenship is very hard beacuse i tried to get one last year and they told me i need to pay like 10k euro to get it.
And i can't enter like a student.
The only thing i want to know if there any chance to meet someone to help me to find any work there and try to get work permit !
I read all necesary laws there for a romanian citizen, and i want to give it a try to get there and find anything.
I can't go romania also beacuse i dont have anything to do there my parent's was kill'd in a crash accident like 20 years ago and i dont have anyone to help me there or smting.Only some relative from my father but there no chance they would help me with anything.

And if there a chance to get more answers from ppl who live there.
The only thing i want is to make my life somewhere i tried to do it here in greece but u know the situations of greece 2 years now.
