2nd extension Urgent help

Post by bond » Sun Apr 22, 2012 10:28 am

Hi All,

I was granted HSMP visa on 03/07/2007, I entered uk in May 2008, I got my visa extended in may 2009 till 03/07/2012,

I am out of country from 03/2010 to 07/2011 1 year 6months, I came back to UK in August and started working from October, i have 75 points and funds maintained for 3 months, i have booked for 2nd extension in May 12 at PEO ,

I have 35 point for Masers
5 point for earning 16K in UK
35 points for earnings for 7 months
Total 75 points

my question here is, In B15 of application form, I need to provide previous 2 years address, As i am out of country 1 year 6months, will it be problem as i am starting my 5 years count again, will they grant extension or they deny on this grounds,

Urgent help needed

Extending you tier-1 visa requires you to do it by applying from inside UK. It does not require you to have spent a specific period in UK before applying.

Hence you need not to worry. Just mention your overseas addresess to make up the two year addresses required on the form.
