how to show active in day to day managment of the company

Hello,
I am currently 50% share-holder of my hudband's company. I do get regular salary as company secretary of my husband's company plus devidends. Together these which gives me enough points to get extention.
I do contract through his company but this year I have just contracted for three months. I am applying for 1 jan 2011 -30 march 2012 persion ( in which I have contracted only for 3 months)

MY Question is :
How can I show that I am active in day to day managment of the company Or the devidends are part of my renumaration package??

I have
Salary slips
Devidend vouchers (Paid during Jan,Feb 2011)
bank statements
company bank statement
certificate showing 50% shareholder of company
