Help required - Sending Additional Documents

Hello Members,

I had posted my application for a name change on my BRP. I have a Tier 1 visa valid till 2014. I had missed out sending a Deed Poll as part of my application.This is my second attempt, My first one was rejected because the payment did not go through.I have not yet received an acknowledgment for my second application. I now need to send this additional documents to avoid being refused again. Can i send my additional document before i receive the reference number. If I can, do i need to send it to croydon office or Sheffield office. My last rejection letter had been posted from the Sheffield office. Kindly assist me with you experience.

I am desperate for the process to complete as soon as possible as I would be taking up a new position very soon.
