Hi,

My daughter was born in uk but i did not apply for the visa from UK and we went back home now want to apply from their can you please let me know which is to be used and what are the documents required.

That's all in the guidance. Children under 6 are exempt.

Thanks, i am the main applicant but can i provide my wife bank statement as prood of maintenance as i have not maintaaned the bank for 90days
