ILR for Wife

Post by mpemma » Mon Apr 23, 2012 3:20 pm

Hi All,
I have a query regarding my wife's ILR. This October 2012 I am eligible for ILR on 10 years stay.I am currently on Tier -1 General Visa.

My wife came to UK on Work permit on 7th April 2010. She went back to India after completing her project on 28th August 2010. She came back to UK on a Tier 1 Dependant on 17th March 2011.(Stayed more than 6 months out of UK)

Can you let me know if she is eligible to apply for ILR with my application or apply for FLR in October 2012? She will be completing 2 years stay in March - 2013. (My tier- 1 visa is valid till jan 13- 2013)

Many Thanks,
Shravan.
