Unconditional Offer Letter and Chnages in Visa - UK

Hi,

Recently I received my offer letter to Nottingham University for masters in electrical. I am clueless on what to do next, such as visa, CAS offer, bank loan.

Could somebody advice me the procedures one by one.

1) I received my Unconditional offer letter. What is next ? I have signed it and sent it to them. When will I receive CAS. Is there any deposit for CAS.

2) When can I apply for my VISA

3) What is the amount I need to show as maintenance funds while applying for Visa

4) What are the charges for the Visa application

5) I am an Indian citizen, is it possible that I can apply from Dubai , U.A.E. Is it possible that I can show maintenance funds in India if I am applying from Dubai

My offer letter was published on October 2011. It says 15, 270 pounds and living cost 700 pounds.

Is it possible an Indian national can apply for Visa in Dubai, with documents of maintenance funds in India.

I have maintenanace funds in India which the financial institution is also accepted by UK Border Agency in the list provided. Will the the UK broder agency in U.A.E accept bank statement of India. Should I need to attest the document if I will have to show the document in U.K Border agency in U.A.E
