ILR Eligibility

Hi All,

I am not sure if i can apply for the ILR.

I spent 3 years under old 5 years work permit.
and 1 year as tier4 dependent.
Now i got new Tier2 work permit.

Based one all above can i apply for ILR ?

I don't think so. Tier-4, for which you were a dependent, is a not a qualifying category for settlement under the SET-O application as WP and Tier-2 are. I believe your clock reset after the year as a Tier-4 dependent and you started your Tier-2 period.
