Hi all,

I had a skilled work permit ( tier 2 ) and its runs out next year, I am an IT engineer with initial job offer of 25 K and working with my employer from 4 years. This is my final year then I'll apply for ILR in 2013. I looked new code of practice is announced and in my category I should get minimum 28-29k salary. Is new SOC July 2012 will apply on old applicants ( work permit holders) ?? When I will go for my ILR interview in 2013 do I have to show my latest code of practice salary 28-29k ?

please advice ASAP
