Can I get married?

I am currently on Tier 2 visa and my fiance will be coming to visit me on a visitor visa in June. Are we allowed to get married in the UK?

Also can he apply as a dependant once we are married ( if possible) or will he have to go to our country of origin to apply.

Hi,

I'm on a similar situation here.

I'm on tier 2 general granted before April 2011. I was wondering if I should travel back to apply for my spouse.

Also I've got to extend mine next year, so was wondering if I could apply for both of us at the same time, and if I have to travel back to do so.

Can anybody advise please.
