Discretionary Leave To Remain

I am filing for Discretionary Leave to Remain on form FLR(O). Is there a fee to pay for this? I read in a post online that it is free. Just checking. Thanks!

Sorry, meant to say ''free to apply'' because The DLR is ''outside of the Immigration Rules''. Thanks!

FLR O is not free. used to be 550 before the April increase. its HPDL that is free.
