I WAS REFUSED FROM UK IN 2006. I WANT TO APPLY AGAIN AS A STUDENT VISA. BUT PEOPLES ARE SAYING THAT YOU ARE BANNED FOR 10 YEARS DUE TO THIS REJECTION.

HERE IS REJECTION STATEMENT.

However i am not satisfied that you meet all the following requirement of paragraph 57 of HC 395. Additionally your application falls to be refused under paragraph 320 (15)(21) of HC 395 specifically:

Why did they refuse you?

What were 320(15) and 320(21) in those days?

If you were refused due to using false documents then further applications will be automatically refused under para 320(7A)

but in refusal letter they didn't mentioned 320(7A) and they didn't mentioned any automatic refusal.

Sorry correction - 320(7B) would be the relevent paragraph - it didn't exist then - hence why they didn't refuse you under that paragraph at that time! It doesn't stop them from refusing you under that paragraph now due to your previous use of false documents.

yes - 320(7B) was not in place in 2006. Future applications will automatically be refused under para 320(7B)due to previous use of deception.

sorry but I have already given you the answer to your question. According to the information you have given, you were refused due to submitting false documents with your application. If you make another application now, your application will be subject to the rules in place now, and the rules in place now say that if you previously used deception in an application for entry clearance your applications will be automaticallly refused for 10 years under paragrapg 320(7B). See here

I am not sure what you are asking?

I am not sure what you are asking?

Will these rules of a ban apply to the op? They did not exist when he made the application so surely they should not affect him, No?

yes they will apply. applications are considered under the rules in place at the time of application.

I applied for British School of Management Sciences , it is located in Ill ford Essex , Applied for Level 6 Diploma in Business and Administration ... Its a 3 Years Course .... Attached 15 lakh running finance loan letter from BOP .... And My Ielts Score is 6.5 Overall .... I paid 2000 Pounds out of 3600 Pounds ...
