ILR Points

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping to apply for ILR in September 2012. Dont know the current rules too much so I am hoping good people here can point me to any potential problems in my case which I am unaware of and point me in the right direction. Below is my situation:

Entered UK as a student for MSc in September 2004
Got student IGS work visa in 2006 after completing MSc
Switched to HSMP in September 2007
Was extended in Tier 1 General category for three years in September 2009
Now I am hoping to apply for ILR when my tier 1 expires this Sept/October

I have done MSc here.
My salary is around 32K approx
I am 32 years old and will be 33 this October.
I have not maintained funds in my account and am under the impression that I dont need to proove funds for ILR.
My family includes my wife and seven month old daughter born here.

My salary is around 32K approx --- you need to score same point threshold for when you had your first hsmp for salary
I am 32 years old and will be 33 this October.
you score same points for age which you scored on initial hsmp in 2007

I have not maintained funds in my account and am under the impression that I dont need to proove funds for ILR.

no maintenance funds requirement

you need LIUK test pass certificate and if your wife is applying with you she needs LIUK if she has been with you for over 2 years along with cohabitation docs
