ILR-checklist ,help/advise please

Hi all,

Could you please take a look on the following checklist for ILR as we are planning to appear in person on 16th May ,any suggestion ,recommendation or advise will highly appreciated.


·SET O completed form
·Passports 2 expired passport and one valid passport
·Photographs
·Tier 1 approval letter
·Total days absent from UK 87 in 5 years. Copy of entry stamps attached.
·Original Work permit stamped entry date 13th May 2007
·Copy of change of Employment letter to Company B ,started on 24th Nov 2008
·Letter from company A for employment history to date 18th Nov 2008
·P60 for 4 years and letter from finance department for 2011/2012 earnings and tax deductions
·12 months salary slips (30March 2011 to 1st April 2012)
·12 months Bank statements
·Life in UK test
·Utility Bill gas
·Mortgage annual statement
·Council tax
·BT bills



Cohabitation

Evidences spreading over 2 years on same address
Utility Bill gas 10th March 2011 to 5th March 2012
Driving Licence DVLA counter part
Letter from NHS

why copy? cant you provide original? is it Technical change document?

your document seems fine. are you applying as WP holder? If so make sure last salary shown in last bank statement(should be within one calendar month )

Hi Selva, many thanks for your reply.
I am on Tier1 and applying as made up time WP + Tier1
Regarding Change of Document copy, that's what I received.But I may approach solicitors to get original letter!!
