I have Tier 2 ICT Established Staff( got on 25 May 2010) and is going to expire in June 2012. I left UK in Dec 2011

Now I need to work at new Client location in UK, but with same Employer and planning to travel on 25th June 2012. Now I am trying to get Tier 2 ICT Short term. Since my earlier Visa was taken before April 2011(where the rules have changed), can I apply and get Tier 2 ICT Short term VISA?

I am worried about Cooling period, which I guess is not applicable for ICT Visa taken before April 2011. Please advice
