Tier 1 second extension - zero points for qualification

Post by winmano » Wed Apr 25, 2012 12:56 pm

Hi all

Following are the details of my visa

Hsmp - entry clearance - 1st feb 2008
Entered Uk - 23 march 2008
Tier 1 extension - 1 feb 2010
Expires on - 1 feb 2013
Qualification - Bachelors deg

As I am falling short of ILR by around 60 days, I am applying for second extension. When i use the points based calculator, it gives me zero points for qualification when I enter the first tier 1 date to be 2010 of February. Will I be awarded 30 points for qualification?

Use the date as of your initial application (which was HSMP).
