EEA family permit Application form Section 8.4

Hi,

I'm a Turkish citizen married with a Norwegian and living in Oslo with our 2 kids. My husband just got a job offer from UK so we're planing to move to London. We figured it out that since Norway is a EEA member, i need to apply for EEA family permit. I'm little confused with some of the parts in the application form.

Apperantly section 8.4 should be completed if the EEA NAtional is employed in UK. He is employed by the UK company to work in UK but his starting date is in 3 weeks. So should I leave that section empty since he didn't start yet?

But on the other hand the only reason why I want to apply for the permit is because of him getting a job in UK. And he already quited his previous job so the UK one is the only proof of his finances. I thought i should mention it so i wanted to fill this section but in section 8.4.1 they ask for his National Insurance Number. Since he didn't start working yet he doesn't have a National Insurance Number yet. I'm not sure what i should do...Any advice???

Does he have an employment contract? If so you could include that. Write a covering letter explaining your circumstances and your plans in the UK.

Don't worry too much about the form. You need your passport, your marriage certificate, a copy of his passport, in this case proof that your husband will be working, a letter written by your husband declaring that you both will move to the UK together.

should they include some docs about their kids too? I mean so that the relationship is shown to be genuine?

One should not have to start on the premise that the marriage is or is not genuine.

Yes, he has the contract...i'll include that. I should write the covering letter...thanks! I also got some papers showing that we all live in the same adress in Oslo (us and the kids), showing the dates the kids were borned so it may be a proof that they belong to us i think
