Online Appointment

Hi,

I've booked an online appointment today and in the appointment checklist I see they have mentioned:

Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Continue below.

But when I click "Continue" button I don't see anything it just displays the appointment status and buttons to view/reschedule/cancel etc. Does anyone know what form do I need to print?

When they say print the form and sign, it means. You need to fill the appropriate form for your ILR application.

If you are applying as WP, Tier 1, 2 or 5 or 10 years continuous residence then you need to download and fill and sign Form SET(O).

If you are apply as married to BC then form SET(M).

I hope it makes sense.

ah ok. Thanks for that. the message click on continue button to fill form and sign is a bit misleading

I think I need SET(O) as I am applying under HSMP+Tier1 category
