Query on Tier 2 Dependent Visa Extension

Hello ,

Kindly request you to provide me some information for my request.

Currently my spouse is on a Tier 2 long term dependent visa which will expire on jan 31 2013.

She is leaving to india for her delivery and planning to return back with my baby on Mar 2013.

My Company will reniew my visa 3 months before the expiry,how to extend my spouse visa.

Since she will be in INDIA should I again submit a fresh application for a dependent visa.

I think for the kid i anyway need to apply for a dependent visa.
