Tier 1 ILR - Not applying for kids, Is proof required?

Post by azmi007 » Thu Apr 26, 2012 4:24 pm

Hi

I am hoping to apply for ILR (WP/Tier1) for me and my wife only. My kids were born here and am not applying for them as I can apply for naturalisation later.

Question is should I show proof of birth for this or just mentioning if asked is sufficient?

Thanks

No need to mention kids if they are born in UK and you are planning to apply for their naturalization once you get your own ILR.
