Missing bank statment

Dear All,

This might have already been discussed but I would like to know,

I am applying for tier-1 extension at PEO in May. I have all 12 months salary slips. I also have 3 months bank statement for maintenance funds.

2nd proof for my salary is 12 months bank stat but my Sept 2011 full month's stat is missing, I have taken printout of this Sept 2011 month from internet and my bank have stamped it and signed it.

Is this acceptable? anyone have done it before?

As long as the one taken from internet has your Name, Account Number, Bank Logo, Bank Name, your address on it.

Provide a bank person name (contact details) who signed it.

This is on the guidance notes:

" Personal bank statements showing the payments made to the applicant: Bank statements provided must be on official bank stationery, and must show each of the payments that the applicant is claiming.
If the applicant wishes to submit electronic bank statements from an online account he/ she should also provide a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic. Alternatively an electronic bank statement bearing the official stamp of the bank issuing the statements will be accepted. This stamp must appear on every page of the statement.
For the purposes of this guidance an online bank account is one that operates solely over the internet and sends their bank statements to their customers electronically (for example over the internet or via email)."

Can your bank not issue you duplicate for Sep 2011 statement?
