Tier 1 to Tier2 conversion

Hi All,

I have a Tier1 Visa that was valid from Feb 2011 to Feb 2013 and i am here in UK working from Feb 2011 itself.

Going by the Annual income, I i will not be eligible for the Extension of Tier1 Visa. Below are my Queries

1. Is it Possible to convert my Visa to Tier2
2. If possible, then will I be eligible for 'indefinite leave to remain' after 5 years?
