How to check CRB

I am due for ILR by Dec 12. I am sure, that i have not committed any offences. But just wanted to check basic CRB for myself for peace of mind. did google, It looks only employer can get crb check for us, is there any chance that we can do ourself ?

You can get a basic CRB report from http://www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
