what are the implications of overstaying for a short time?

what are the implications of overstaying for a short time?

I have read similar posts to this topic but can't seem to find the right information.
My Youth Mobility visa expires on June 30th 2012 and I would like to stay until around the 5th July. I'm thinking of just leaving on this date and seeing what happens.. will I be fined? I don't plan to come back to the UK anytime soon.

Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.
