Reply within 6 Months is this true ?

OK i got this from other ppls that immigration reply within 6 months is that true ?
- applied after 5 years for LTR < Got it in 3 weeks
-from last 5 years working paying tax highly paid job 80 K
-applied for immigration and waiting for last 7 months i got the reference letter in 2 weeks ..after that 7 months no reply ..
- NO issues with traffic fines etc...
Always on Stamp 4 from my day first till now.

is this normal for everyone ?

for the LTR you got it approved in 3 weeks or its only acknowledgement letter that you got it in 3 weeks ?

for the LTR you got it approved in 3 weeks or its only acknowledgement letter that you got it in 3 weeks ?

Yes i already send that letter to the Citizenship and got aknw from the Citizenship department however its now 7 months and i have not received any further reply from the citizenship approval ..
