I need urgent help EEA Cover letter

Can someone Help me and write me a Strong Sample Declaration form that i will be travelling with my NON eu husband to UK and I am aware of 3 month rule. Giving reference about EU legislation would be even more helpful- PLZ
I need it soon by 1 may.

There is no need for a cover letter.
What you wrote (one line) is enough. I don't see a point quoting the directive. The ECO should know it even without your help and if he doesn't, then whatever you write wont probably matter.

A covering letter should mention the salient points of the application. It is not strictly speaking necessary, but may help a decision maker understand the context. It is important that whatever is written is factual an to the point. It may have some weight if things went to appeal later on.

Well, I'm all for getting to straight to the point, but you need to help yourself. You've given minimal information. It might be better to say what you propose to write in your letter and ask people's opinion.

Just a sample cover letter mentioning about I wantto travel with my non eu spouse to uk . Just a simple relevent letter for EEA visa for non eu Family member. MY husband lives in austria but he is non eu and i am austrian.

I don't speak english good. I want professional letter. Its very hard for me to find immigration advisor in vienna. That's why I need a short and simle cover letter.

Your english seems ok. Write your letter down anyway. Others might help you revise it into a proper way.

I have send this visa application for my non eu husand to get permit and we will
be traveling together. I have attached our marriage certificate, his passport copy and
Photo of use with VAF5
