Urgent Help - Regarding travel Abroad

Hi,

My wife/daughter are on T1 Dependent visa until 30 AUG 2012. They want to travel abroad from May until Mid June (6 weeks).

My question is - When they will come back in June, can immigration control ask any questions or create issue As they have just 2 months remaining visa left.

I am worried as someone told me that there is a rule that if visa of T1 dependent is less then 3 months then Immigration control can create problems when travelling back to UK. Please confirm.

Who told you that?

If they still have leave, then refusal is subject to 321A.
