VERY URGENT IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME !!!!

i am in Uk since sept 2004, and my recent visa is going to finish in nov,2013 and a while ago i have made an application for tier-1 general before new rule came and it was refused in july,2011 and i have appeal the decision but some how judge has allow my tier-1 general application on Human rights bases and gave me 2 years discretionary leave upto nov,2013. So in that case i am 1 year short in 10years for ILR. Do i have any alternatives?? and i have recently got marry but my partner is outside UK. Does she join anyother way as it is clearly mentioned in my tribunal decision that any of my dependent can join after my ILR. Any good advice or solution as i still have 16 more months stay in UK. It will be appreciated.

why is your query very urgent?

there is no category for dependents of those with discretionary leave. If your wife meets the requirements for a category in her own right she could apply. Alternatively she could apply for a spouse visa, which would be refused, and she could then argue the case on human rights grounds before the tribunal. Or you could live outside the UK with your wife?

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANSWER MY QUERY AS I KNOW THAT MY DEPENDENT CANT JOIN IN DISCRETIONARY LEAVE BUT MY DURATION IN UK FROM

21SEPT,2004 TO 22NDNOV,2012 WHICH IS ALMOST 9YEARS AND 2 MONTHS AND RIGHT NOW I AM ON DISCRETIONARY VISA. IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE THAT I CAN EXTEND MY VISA FOR NEXT 8 MONTHS THAN I WILL BE 10 YEARS LAWFUL RESIDENCE IN THE COUNTRY AND APPLY FOR ILR. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

you will not have been in the UK for 10 years until 2014.

there is no category you can switch into from discretionary leave. Before your discretionary leave expires in Nov 2013 (according to your first post) or Nov 2012 (according to your second post) you can apply to extend this but they will not extend it now, and in any case, until you have actually completed 10 years lawful residence, and have been granted ILR, your wife cannot apply for a spouse visa.

First of all who took interest in my post and advice suggestions, i am very thankful to everyone. As i have been granted discretionary leave for next 3 years till Dec,2013. So hopefully i can apply my ILR by the end of September, 2014 as my 10 years will be complete. Any suggestions regarding required documents for SET (LR). Thanks you so much guyz !!!
