5 Points for UK experience on Tier 1 for ILR

Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone could reply, when applying for ILR can I again claim 5 points for UK experience which I claimed at the time of the extension, or you can only claim it for once in order to score 75 points?

Hi Mate...
you will get same point claimed at extension.
have a look to ILR set O form at page 24 you will see following

E. UK Experience Assessment.
E1. Please confirm whether you wish to claim points for your UK experience:
Yes 5 points – go to Section 10 - Biometric Residence Permits
No 0 points - go to Section 10 - Biometric Residence Permits

if you don't want to claim point check NO i hope you wont do this.
