Can I act as a third party for my friend in another country.

Hi,

Me and all funds are in UK and all funds are on my name.Can I act as a third party for my friend in another country? The point 100 of new guidance confuses me in which they said that
if money held in UK it should be on the applicant or entrepreneurial team name

Also

The account must be in your own name only (or both names for an entrepreneurial team) only. Accounts in the name of a business or third party will not be accepted;

Before this guidance I know that I could act as a third party, but now I am bit confuse and needs suggestion from you people.
