I am currently on Tier 1 (General) visa which was issued in Nov 2010 and is valid till Nov 2012. I am planning to apply for an extension in Nov 2012.
When I applied for Tier 1(General) visa for the first time in Oct 2010 I was 29 years old and I had to show earnings between 35,000 - 39,999 and when I would be applying for a Tier1 General extension in Nov 2012 I would have completed 31 years of age and according to the points calculator on UKBA website I should be earning more than 50,000.
I have also read a point in Tier 1 Application that the points would be given on the basis of the age when I have first applied.
Now my question is what points do I get for the age when applying for the extension and what is the earnings band i should be in to get 80 points (to qualify for the extension).
Thank you in advance
