Hi,

I have applied to extend my (Tier 4) student visa last year and it was refused by HO. Then I have appealed against the HO decision, in my first tribunal I got the decision favour to me & judge requested HO to extend my student visa. However at the mean time I have completed my study & graduated. But HO now Re-appealed against the first tribunal decision. At this current situation can I apply for another fresh application for Tier 2 (general), Because I am graduated and I am not a student any more.

please advise me
