Reg Page 42 of application form, help required

Hi Friends

PEO date is 16th may , one help required

I was on work permit for 1 year( initial one) and than on Tier 1 General visa so on application form Page 42 I have to select option 11L or some other option.

Please advise

You have to select 11L only.
