appeal process

i have a six month family visa which will expire next month of which i use 2 months back although i was refuse entry to the UK, but was giving a permission to enter for the purpose of appeal. fortunately or unfortunately have just 10 days to stay and i was given 14days to appeal which is far more than the days i intended to stay, so i couldn't finish my appeal before returning to my country. so far i'v started the appeal process from here can i go ahead to apply for another?
