Please advise regarding BRP

application sent: Jan 25
application received: Jan 27
Biometrics: March 14
Documents: April 17
BRP: April 24 (only my wife and son)

Has anyone encountered a situation where one family member does not get a BRP? We all applied under the same cover and all got an approval letter from UKBA along with the returned document.

What happens if you travel without a BRP?
