Travelling near to expiry of leave

Post by dellfan » Mon Apr 30, 2012 5:46 pm

Hello Forum,
My wife is on Tier 1 general dependent visa and it expires in july this year. She need to go to India and planning to come back in 2nd week of June. Can she come back into UK with only 1 month Visa? or does she need to apply for new dependent visa? Will they be a problem at immigration check in the airport if she comes on old dependent Visa. Please advise.

Any advice appreciated.
