Family visitor visa for parents usual waiting time

Hi all,

I have applied for 2 yrs family visitor visa for my parents from chennai, India. The status is "under process in British embassy. It's 4 weeks since application was submitted, getting very worried now.....

They have been here for few months 4 yrs ago and have been to USA as well

Is 4 weeks normal waiting time

Looking for timelines please
