Dep.Visa for Baby. without Tenancy Agreement.(Out of Country

Hi Guy,

I need your help please.

My wife traveled back home with out getting newborn baby's visa.
Now she want to come back and want to apply for baby's visa in pakistan.
I am the main applicant and living in UK.

Is it necessary to provide Tenacy Agreement with my baby's visa application.?
Can i apply baby's visa without tenancy agreement?

As far as i know, this is not a requirement (you need to read guidence notes) but its alwasy good to have extra piece of paper, just in case.

When i applied for my depandent, i bought tenancy agreement form from WH Smith and asked my land lord to fill-in & sign.
