Tier2 online system says error to my current BRP number

Tier2 online system says error to my current BRP number

i'm applying for Tier2 general, current holding Tier2 general. When fill the online form, the system says my current biometric card number is error, which is RAX followed by 6 digits. But my wife's is correct, which is RA followed by 7 digits. Anyone has any advice? Thanks in advance.
