Family Visiter

Post by s_saini » Wed May 02, 2012 10:48 am

I am here from last three years on Tier1(General).

My parents visit me few months ago and now I want to apply Family visitor visa for my Younger Brother(26 Year Old) . He is working in a private company in India.

Is their any complication to apply as a Family visitor visa for my brother?

He applies in the usual way. We don't know anything about him (or you) and can't comment on what complications may or may not arise.

@Lucapooka: Thanks a Lot for your Quick reply.

If we provide all the documentary evidence about his Job & Holiday from employer and also provide evidence that my parents are in India and he will go back to take of them as well.

I'll sponsor him and show around 5k in my account to support him as well if needed & will give my council Tax certificate to show that I have accommodation for him as well.

Is their any possibility that on the bases of his age visa will be refused?

It's sounds fine but to ask if there is any chance of refusal and expect an assurance that there won't be is not possible.
