Hi members ,
I'am french, studying and living in the UK(almost a year since i came from France) ,i live with my dad, planing to get married to non EU citizen(from middle east) soon , am asking will i be able to get my wife here to join me( with spouse visa), as am not working would that affect ,am only studying at the moment ?

The term "spouse visa" is not the correct one to use. Spouse visa normally refers to applications under the UK immigration rules. Being a EEA national, you will be using the EEA regulations and not the UK domestic rules. The EEA regulations are much simpler than the UK rules.

You don't need to work. Being a student is just fine. The only thing you will need is a private health insurance (or EHIC from France) in order to qualify under the EEA regulations.

If your (future) wife requires a visa to travel to the UK, she will need to apply for a EEA Family Permit to join you.
